A qualified installation crew will then install your equipment in a orderly and efficient manner       Before the installation begins, Aladdin crews ensure your floors will be protected from footprints and equipment debris with plastic carpet runners and tarps.   Custom duct fabrication    • Custom-made    fittings will provide    maximum airflow    and increase    efficiency and    comfort.  • "Made-to-fit"    ductwork is    measured and    built onsite in one    of our fabrication    trucks that are    dispatched to    your home on    the day of    installation.     Residential Central Air Conditioning    • All Aladdin pipe-fitters and service technicians are highly trained and federally    certified by the EPA to handle refrigerants.  • All refrigerant piping is custom fit  • Aladdin pipe-fitters use tubing benders on all possible bends in your refrigeration    line. The use of tubing benders is important for two reasons:         1. It is important to create a smooth turn without kinking or flattening the tubing,            which can occur when copper refrigeration line is hand-bent.         2. A good pipe-fitter will minimize the amount of welded connections. The fewer            welded joints in your refrigeration lines, the less likely you will have a costly            refrigerant leak in the future.       All Aladdin employees purge Nitrogen through the copper refrigeration lines when welding joints. When copper is heated to such high temperatures with the torch, a chemical reaction takes place between copper and oxygen and the by-product of this reaction is black oxidation scales. Running nitrogen through the lines while welding displaces all of the oxygen, and eliminates this oxizidation process from occurring.
